Our Story

Our story began in the kitchen of a small house in Mendota Heights in 2000. After working in agency public relations for Carmichael Lynch Spong, then in corporate media relations for BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota, I was craving more flexibility to accommodate our young family and small children. Over the years, I expanded my healthcare expertise and client list and eventually, outgrew the home office and began hiring our first employees in 2011.

Since then, we’ve grown our team and maintained a focus on healthcare, medical devices, insurance, healthcare policy, wellbeing, and workplace benefits. We take pride in the long-term relationships we’ve developed with clients, and in our willingness and ability to treat all clients–from startups to large corporations–with the same level of attention and customization. 

Our goal is singular: True client partnerships that fuel business outcomes.
